Payload Types
We have 3 types of payloads currently:
- Generic
- Bulk
- Fluid
These payloads can be used by swapping the payload or using the Vehicle Unit Quick Configurator.
Generic payload is treated as a cuboid and is the standard payload type.
Bulk is a more specialised payload type where it has a heap height. There are additional other properties that go with this such as Angle of Repose, Base of Heap Height etc.
Fluid is a more specialised payload type with fluid properties. A fluid payload requires a tanker body type to be used properly. It's main property is the payload capacity and fill level %. A tanker will have additional properties such as Barrel Bottom Front/Rear which is used to change the rake angle of the body. The Tanker Body will also have a Calibration Chart property where you will need to paste in an Excel table with the relationship of Fill Height % vs Fill Volume %, or our generic tanker profile is used.
